Everyone at 180 Auto was awesome from the first phone call to handing my keys back. If you know the stress of having a serious engine problem, then you understand how helpless it can make you feel, the horrors that can go through your mind about the possible impending doom and your responsibilities that can be seriously debilitated. The staff at 180 Auto made me feel like they shared in that stress by spending quality time explaining possible problems as well as solutions to fix those problems. They gave me their time, not to seem like they cared, but because they actually cared about my problem. I am entirely grateful to 180 Auto for transforming this stressful experience into a comfortable and manageable success! My dad once told me that one of life's greatest accomplishments was finding a good, honest, and reliable mechanic. I found mine at 180 Auto!

I love this crew. They do an amazing job of taking care of me and my vehicle. I arrived with a crack in my windshield. I was told the windshield is on back order. Reasey made a phone call while I was there for a routine service, and I am happy to say my windshield has been replaced, when I was told it would not be available for at least a couple weeks. They always do great work, AND go above and beyond. And I always come back!!!

Needed key fob programed. My wife stopped by to see if any technicians could do it. Initially she was told it could not be done. Later she received a call and was told you could do Chevy and Ford fobs. She went back and the job was done on two fobs and at a very reasonable cost.

Excellent customer service and work on my truck. Was able to get my truck in immediately the next day. Work was done within hours. Even received a phone call the following week to check up on how the repair was doing. Definitely recommend and I'll definitely be going back.

I completely trust the people at 180 to take care of my car and ME. They make everything as convenient as possible, including a free loaner car when it's available. They explain what the problem is with my car, how they will repair it and the cost before doing any work. I have been bringing my cars here for probably 10 years at least & have no intention of going elsewhere for car service. 180 is the best!

I came to 180 Degrees Automotive after experiencing what I believe to be dishonest and degrading treatment at a previous mechanic shop in Phoenix. I had read positive reviews and saw a few acquaintances recommend 180 thru Facebook. I contacted them thru their website to book my first appointment. Almost immediately they responded to confirm. I then contacted them by phone and Nina was absolutely wonderful in explaining how they work, finding out what my goals are with my car and options for dropping off and picking up my car (they offer a shuttle, credit for Lyft/Uber). I received a full inspection with my oil change and tire rotation and thorough documentation and explanation of what was found during the inspection. I also want to mention that Reasey offered to show me how to check and test my coolant so I can do this on my own! This was by far the best service I have received in a very long time. Keep up the good work and I plan on being a loyal customer at 180 Degrees Automotive for a long time! Thank you!

Been going to 180 Auto since before they were in the Mariposa location. Great group. Bogi leads a team that is customer oriented. Easy appointment set up. Clean inviting place to wait if needed. Easy check in with always friendly staff. Shuttle if needed. Thorough service. Car Care Club is a great value, too. Can’t recommend them enough.

This was the best auto repair experience I have ever had. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, exceptional waiting room, sparkling shop. I had a window regulator replaced, and it was done quickly. I was kept informed of the cost and status of the repair (done in one day).They then went above and beyond in providing me with a condition report, a list of recommendations for service, both deferred (having checked the service history) and upcoming. They even gave a $5 discount for using Lyft! I will definitely be back!
